Various of our products are used widely with wildlife. Ark Klens has been valuable in helping general hygiene good practice to control Salmonella and Trichomonas infections. Ark Klens is a terrific cleanser disinfectant for the bird table, unscented so the birds don't object to it and effective against flu virus, Salmonella, E.coli and psittacosis among many other potention infections.
Our disinfectant Ark-Klens which was used to disinfect the feeding stations for the osprey project at Rutland Water and has been recommended by UFAW for many years as suitable for bird tables.
Vetark Citrosan is a natural extract which controls contamination in the water bath helping to stop transmission of the killer Trichomonas - especially important when there are chicks in the nest.
Sprinkle Support is a specialist niche product, a probiotic formulation specially developed for wild birds. It can be of great value when birds are under stress, feeding young, being challenged with E.coli and Salmonella.
Our calcium balancer Nutrobal has been used by various groups working with red squirrels to improve the calcium balance of the supplementary feed provided to them. Originally developed to correct the diet of reptiles especially, it is very valuable in correcting supplemented diets which although useful in keeping populations alive can lead to imbalance.
