ON-FOOD VITAMINS

The key product is Nutrobal, this vitamin/mineral dusting powder is used worldwide by vets to correct dietary imbalances and by herpetologists for routine supplementation of growing reptiles and amphibia.

As animals grow to adulthood and their calcium needs fall then we suggest ARKVITS which also supplies significant levels of vitamins A, C and E which help in stressful times such as breeding.

ACE-High is a specialist supplement used to correct deficiencies in vitamin A, C or E, or when animals are especially stressed. it is a component of ARKVITS.

IN WATER SUPPLEMENTS

We also have a liquid multivitamin (BSP drops) for addition to the water, although whenever possible we recommend the use of a powdered vitamin mineral mix in the food.

Zolcal D is a very useful product. It is a combination of liquid calcium and vitamin D3 and is ideal for any situation where you may wish to dose directly or dose the drinking water.

Calcium lactate is also available, purely as a calcium source for supplementation where sufficient vitamin D3 is available from other sources.

GUT LOADING

We also have two insect gut loading mixes GRUB-GRUB and BUG-GRUB to both beed insects used as food and increase their calc ium levels.

HEALTH

REPTOBOOST was developed by us after our AVIPRO was so well used in reptiles. REPTOBOOST contains probiotic organisms, dextrose, maltodextrins and vitamin C and is ideal for rehydration and support of post hibernation anorexia.

Critical Care Formula (CCF) is a high energy and protein powder which can be mixed with water and given by direct administration off a spoon or via a gavage tube. This is designed for support of animals which are not feeding properly (or at all).

Tamodine wound dressing is a special 'tamed iodine' - ideal for use on everything from wounds to burns. It can be used straight from the bottle when necessary.

DISINFECTION

We have several disinfection products. Our key everyday product is ARK-KLENS, very safe, effective and a brilliant cleanser and deodoriser. For more serious disinfection we recommend Tamodine-E, an iodophor which is very effective against bacteria viruses and fungi.

Where a quick kill against viral outbreaks is needed then we suggest the more rapid acting C20.
