The change of ownership sees Vetark Products sitting under its new parent company Candioli Srl, with both companies set to benefit greatly from the increased international presence. With over 130 years experience in the pharmaceutical market, Candioli will bring its vast industry knowledge to the new partnership, creating positive changes to the product portfolio, international distribution and technical support.
Peter & Zena Scott, the founders of Vetark, said “We have thoroughly enjoyed taking Vetark from an idea in 1988 to the established business it is today, but it is now time to take a different direction and allow the company to continue to thrive under new ownership. We are extremely pleased to be able to have Candioli driving the business forward to reach new heights with Vetark”.
