Birds enjoy bathing with friends, they also wash food in the same bath and take water back to nestlings. This is an ideal way of spreading diseases such as Salmonella and Trichomonas! Now with CitroSan we have the means to do something about this problem which can decimate nestlings.
Adding CitroSan, a natural product, to your bird baths will help reduce the spread of diseases between wild birds who may bathe or wash food in the bird bath. It will greatly reduce the bacteria and protozoa which would otherwise contaminate the water.
